The final game of the weekend sees the Mumbai Indians take on the Dehli Capitals. The Indians are the favourites for the whole tournament and have been from the start. After an initial stutter, they have performed well and look to have strength and composure about their play. So fat they have won four of their six games and sit on the highest net run rate of any team. You would struggle to bet against them making the final again this year and they could finally get back to back trophies.
The Deli Capitals have been playing well and also have a good squad. Their tournament started with a super over win over KXIP and has also seen wins over RCB and KKR. In their most recent match against the Royals, they again performed well with both bat and ball. Stoinis was excellent with both and looks like one of the best overseas signings from this year’s auction.
MI v DC Latest Odds*

MI v DC Betting Tips
There have been a few tips that we could have had for this one with some good value around. We have selected our 3 best for you here.
Tip 1 – Who will win the match? Mumbai Indians 3/4*
We cannot bet against the Indians getting another win here to cement their place at the top of the table. They have been in excellent form and are the team to beat this year. The Capitals have done enough to command some respect in the betting but not quite enough for us to consider backing against the Indians.
The Indians come into this game on a run of three straight wins with victories over KXIP, SRH and the Royals. They have been in excellent form with both bat and ball and possess power with both. In their last match, against the Rajasthan Royals, they put on an excellent 193/4 from their 20 overs. Yadav top-scored with 79 and was well supported by Sharma 30, de Kock 23 and a quickfire 30 from 19 balls by Hardik Pandya to finish the innings.
With the ball, Jasprit Bumrah was on his line and length finishing with figures of 4/20 from four overs. He was well supported by James Pattinson who managed 2/19 from his three overs. In Bumrah the Indians have one of the best bowlers in world T20 cricket and have a bowling line up that is, in our opinion, the best in this years IPL.
We do think this will be a close match with both teams in good form, it should be a cricketing spectacle to watch and there should be lots of quality cricket on display. The Indians overall look like the strongest team for this match, although it could be close. We are backing this with a smaller stake than usual due to how close this game could be.
It may be worth backing the odds for a super over at around 25/1 and then looking to cash out in the closing stages. This is only allowed with selected betting sites so make sure the cash out is an option if that is something you plan to do.
Tip 2 – Marcus Stoinis over 0.5 sixes 11/20*
A big odds on the shout from us here and not our usual style of bet but this were too good to pass. Stoinis is the all-rounder in form this year and had another great performance against the Rajasthan Royals on Friday. He’s hit nine sixes in six matches so far and only needs a few balls to get one. He’s always looking to score the maximums over the rope and this should be comfortable for him.
Tip 3 – Shimron Hetmyer over 0.5 sixes 4/5
Another bet for us on the over 0.5 sixes with Betway. Hetmyer hit the fastest 50 of the IPL so far in their sixth game and is in excellent form with the bat.
Where can you bet on over 0.5 sixes?
Over 0.5 sixes is a popular bet for us in our betting tips but it is not a betting market offered by all bookmakers. to win you need the player to get at least one six. It does not matter how many they get in total as long as they get one. In India, there is a wide choice of bookmakers to choose from. We use Betway India for this market as they have a good range of player priced up compared to others.
